Responsible Gaming
Gambling Should Be Entertainment, Not Income
We are committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should only ever be viewed as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, and never chase your losses.
Age Verification
In the United Kingdom, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate in gambling activities. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If you are under 18, please do not use our services.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you recognise any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, help is available:
- Gambling with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement
- Repeatedly trying to cut back or control gambling without success
- Chasing losses by gambling more to recover money lost
- Hiding gambling activities or lying about the extent of gambling
- Neglecting work, education, family, or relationships due to gambling
- Gambling to escape negative emotions or problems
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when trying to reduce gambling
- Gambling more frequently or with larger stakes than intended
- Jeopardising relationships, education, or career opportunities
Self-Help Tools and Controls
Most gambling operators offer tools to help you gamble responsibly. These include:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to deposit over a specified period (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose before you must stop gambling
- Reality Checks: Receive regular reminders during gambling sessions to check how long you have been playing and how much you have spent
- Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for your gambling sessions
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from an operator's platform if you feel you are losing control
- Account Closure: Permanently close your account if you wish to stop gambling entirely
We strongly encourage you to use these tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
